Ned is 34 year old native to Murrells Inlet and married to his wife Brandy Campbell a local Realtor and Father to father to 3 boys. He has lived on and fished the Inlet waters since a child and has never stopped. After graduating from College of Charleston in 2005 Ned started R&R Charters with the purchase of his 31’Contender “Reel Hookin”and the goal of making a living doing what he loves ! As much as he loved the Charleston Harbor he felt a calling to move the company back to his hometown of Murrells Inlet and fish the waters he had grown up on . Captain Ned has been featured in SC Sportsman,Coastal Angler and has received many accolades in the SC Fishing Community. Captain Ned has had the honor of chartering for Hall of Fame Baseball Player Wade Boggs , NFL Atlanta Falcons Wide receiver Julio Jones and NBA player Kelvin Cato ! Ned’s ties to the Inlet and the local community are very strong he supports all local conservation and the growth of Murrells Inlet he is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.Captain Ned’s goal for the Murrells Inlet Outpost as the owner and a fisherman is to bring high quality boating and outdoor supplies to the area.His goal is to have a one stop shop where tourist and locals can come educate about new products and find those certain items you may have to order online or travel out to find. His knowledge of fishing the Inlet waters helps the store to carry the most effective products needed to enjoy a day on the water . Ned has a 31′ Contender which is the inshore charter boat for the Outpost which can accommodate 6 passengers comfortably for a day of fishing.
